What happens after you accept a bid?

    Confirmation
    Your card is charged and the funds enter escrow. The operator gets a notification with the booking details.

    Operator preparation
    The operator confirms aircraft, crew and operational requirements. They may ask follow-up questions through Hangrr's in-app messaging.

    Day of flight
    You fly. Pre-flight checklists and dispatch are run by the operator on the Hangrr Platform.

    Completion
    The operator marks the flight complete. Escrow releases to the operator. You get an invoice and a chance to leave a review.

Is it free to request a flight?+

Yes. Requesting a flight on Hangrr is free, with no obligation to accept a bid. Operators compete for your work; you only pay if you accept a bid.

How does the escrow work?+

When you accept a bid, your payment is held by Hangrr through Stripe. It's only released to the operator after your flight is confirmed complete.

How fast do operators bid?+

Most requests receive bids within hours. Standard requests are open for 7 days; ASAP requests expire in 24 hours.

Are operators verified?+

Operators are checked for CASA approval, insurance and operational history before they can bid. You can also see verified-reviews from real Hangrr customers.

What if my flight is cancelled by weather?+

Operators reschedule weather-affected flights at no penalty. If a flight can't be rescheduled, the escrow returns to you in full.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?+

Yes - every paid booking generates a tax invoice you can download.
