How does the pricing work?+
You pay a flat rate per engine hour flown. Above a monthly engine-hour threshold, the rate drops. Every Operations Manager module is included, no feature tiers.
What is an "engine hour"?+
Engine hours are the hours the aircraft engine is actually running. They are the universal billing unit in aviation, which keeps Hangrr pricing aligned with how operators already think about cost.
Can rates differ per aircraft?+
Yes. Operators with higher-cost aircraft (turboprops, jets) can configure per-aircraft rates so pricing reflects actual operating cost.
What about Marketplace fees?+
Marketplace work is charged a percentage commission on completed bookings, separate from the Operations Manager subscription. You can use Marketplace on its own.
Do you help us migrate from another system?+
Yes. Scale customers get guided migration. Grow customers can self-migrate with our import tools or opt for paid migration support.
